Create Your Own Unique Neck Wrap: Beginner's Rigid Heddle Weaving Workshop
Join us for a special workshop where you'll learn how to weave your own stylish neck wrap on a rigid heddle loom. This workshop is perfect for beginners and will teach you the basics of weaving while creating a beautiful and functional accessory.
What You'll Learn:
- Weaving Techniques: Master basic weaving techniques, including creating a hand-manipulated lace.
- Colour and Texture Play: Experiment with different yarns, colours, and textures to create a unique design for your neck wrap.
- Finishing Touches: Learn how to finish your neck wrap professionally for a polished look.
- Materials Provided: We will provide pre-warped looms and tools for participants to use during the workshop. The loom will be pre-warped with an ecru ( Natural) colour warp and the same yarn will be available for weft. Colour and texture yarn will be available, participants are advised to also bring yarn in their favourite colours and/ or textures.
