ABOUT

Human Rights Day- Sound Journey:

Ease into your long weekend with a healing Sound Journey, as you exhale and tune inwards. 

I will gently guide you into a state of deep relaxation with a meditation and the setting of an intention, as you surrender to the frequency of the sound healing instruments. 

You will experience a nurturing 60-minute sound immersion of the Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls , a Monalina, a tongue drum, shruti box,  medicine drum, chimes and a Chiron gong.

WHAT TO BRING: a yoga mat, 1-2 pillows, a blanket, an eye pillow/ hand towel and please dress in warm comfortable clothes.
