In June 2022, Oliver embarked on his entrepreneurial venture by founding Daily Practice, a groundbreaking pre-seed startup based in London, England. At Daily Practice, Oliver leads a team dedicated to revolutionising the coaching landscape by leveraging AI technology alongside human-human coaching and performance-management solutions.

With the vision that one day everyone will have a coach, Oliver is committed to driving innovation in this space.

 

Oliver also served as Talent & Sales Consultant at iXperience, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company's online division, particularly focusing on Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Coaching methodologies for high-performance Sales. His contributions helped elevate the careers of US students, bridging the gap between university education and lucrative opportunities on Wall Street.
