This is a wellness experience at Blackwood House, one of the most architectural homes in Cape Town. We will have a 90 min Conscious Connected Breathing Journey led by Wes Botes with Matt Samson creating all the music live through, Guitar, looping and percussion.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a private event and the organiser have opened up a couple of spots for the community. There will be 15 mins of videography as we start the event, so please wear non branded neutral clothing.
