ABOUT

The Beefstock Rock Fest mission is simple: to have an incredible once-per-year celebration. Our event is setup to be a celebration of what people love about the South African festive season: community, summer, beauty, culture, braai – and music. Beefstock is not just a music festival – it is a weekend-long manifestation of everything that makes it festive season – and aims to have as many local residents enjoy the kinship we share and visitors experience the warm hospitality we offer.

AGE RESTRICTIONS:

Family event, everyone is welcome.

OTHER RESTRCTIONS:

No alcohol will be allowed to enter the venue, note that you will be searched on arrival

No food allowed at the festival grounds, however you are welcome to bring food in only at the Campsite

For the safety and enjoyment of all our attendees, certain items are prohibited, including weapons, illegal substances, and pets (service animals excepted)

CAMPGROUND: (Weekend ticket)

The most affordable way to immerse yourself in the festival community. The campground is located next to the festival grounds and features shower and toilet facilities. Bring your gear (own tent) and enjoy the vibes!

LUXURIOUS TENT: (DAM VIEW)

No gear? In need of a comfortable bed, bathroom and fridge to keep your drinks cool? No problem! Enjoy the convenience of a luxurious tent equipped and fully furnished for 2-4 people, complete with the basics for a comfortable stay.

GLAMPING:

Tired of the long drive? No problem! We have a pre-set tent equipped for 2 people, complete with the basics for a comfortable stay. Remember to bring your own bedding. Bring yourself, and enjoy the party!

You will be allowed to enter with the food only at the campsite area, however no alcohol will be allowed at the venue as we have bar services available. Strictly no food and alcohol will be allowed at the festival grounds. BOAT CRUISES ON US!

Our friendly crew will ensure that you have a memorable experience from start to finish, so why wait? Book your 45 minutes sunrise and or sunset boat cruise and make an unforgettable memories on the beautiful Hartebeespoort dam. Spoil yourself and take time out from the concert to explore while you enjoy the start of the festive season. Drinks and snacks will be made available during the cruise at a charged rate.

Note that we have limited boat cruise time slot, if you purchase one of our boat cruise ticket, remember to book your time slot at [email protected] to avoid disappointment.

KIDS ZONE

We have gone all out for the kids this time around, come and enjoy our kids zone free of charge up to 14 years old. We have various games, inflatables, nanny services and the kids will have their own personal DJ catering for their music needs. We will also have Pool Party on a Friday and Saturday at the campsite recreational pool, note that the kids must be accompanied by their parent/guardian should they wish to join the pool party.

FESTIVAL GROUNDS BRAAI

We have made exception for our festival goers, we have pre-packed braai packs which is on sale for those who would love to braai during the concert on our festival grounds. The festival grounds area is bordering the dam of Harties and has ample braai stands, buy your pack now and enjoy the braai with family and friends while listening to the artist play.

Note that no food or alcohol bottles, drink will be allowed at the festival grounds, we have the food vendors, braai pack shop and bar available for your convenience.

COOLER BOX FESTIVAL GROUNDS

We would like to make your visit at our festival grounds more enjoyable, you can now buy EMPTY cooler box ticket which will allow you to enter the festival Grounds with your cooler box for the duration of the festival to refill at our bars.

Note that no pre-packed cooler box will be allowed to enter the festival grounds. No cooler box ticket? Access will be denied.
