The South African Wine Tasting Championship is a wine competition open to all wine lovers, professionals and amateurs, giving them a chance to join the South African team at the World Blind tasting championship in France.Competitors will each have the opportunity to taste up to 50 different wines from renowned wineries and will then compete in a Blind Tasting and identify 10 wines they have previously tasted.
The SAWTC is the only South African wine event with an international outcome. The best competitors will undergo intense training in preparation for the world challenge, where they will be exposed to international wines, readying them to fight for the world title in France later this year!
