ABOUT
A workshop for men who want real & nourishing relationships
How we engage with our emotions determines the quality of every one of our relationships. “The Collective Man” develops your expertise to enhance both your personal and professional relationships, while cultivating a deeper connection with yourself. This 1-day workshop is set in nature, where you’ll be surrounded by the beautiful Hout Bay valley. It is held in community with other men, where you are invited to engage authentically, in honest conversation. This is key to unlocking the power of the group, and a forgotten tradition of men supporting each another. You will witness firsthand how joining a men’s group sets you at an advantage and empowers you in ways you never thought possible.
Emotional Agility
Using nature and music, I guide you through an emotive journey by stimulating the senses. Incorporating the work of award-winning psychologist, Dr Susan David you will learn how to effectively work with your thoughts & feelings, to build awareness of your own needs and those of others.
Physical Connectivity
Accredited Wim Hof trainer, Lauren Hudson will lead you through a breathwork, and cold-water immersion. This experience will demonstrate how the body can influence your mental & emotional health. These practices help initiate calm and an inner balance, so you can engage with the world at your best.
Mental Resilience
Receive a deep understanding of your personality, with the use of the Enneagram. Gain insight into how you have constructed your reality and world views, as we explore your gifts and areas for growth. Discover how you can leverage these to build meaningful relationships and drive your personal success in all areas of life.
Testamonial
“Brett harnesses the genius of the Enneagram to empower you through the strengths of your positive emotions and provides a stage to recognize the blind spots holding you back. His personal experience and knowledge guides one to the most vulnerable spaces and back, changed for the better.”
The Programme’s Facilitator
I am a Life Coach, guiding my clients through a journey of self discovery and change. I challenge necessary patterns and beliefs and prepare them with tools and resources that will propel them forward. Having journeyed through cancer, I believe consciousness is the key to living a meaningful life, where each day is aligned to my truth. This truth isn’t always easy, which is why self compassion is at the heart of my work, providing clients with a safe space for a gentle transition.
