THE DAYS PROGRAMME:

10:00 Event starts

10:00 - 10:30 Ambient healing music

10:30 - 11:30 An acoustic set over breakfast

11:30 - 12:30 Soundbath intro & session

13:00 Event concludes

PLEASE NOTE:

• Please come dressed comfortably and warm as the session will be taking place outside
• Yoga mat and pillows will be provide, but you're welcome to bring your own.
• Please bring a light throw or blanket
• Breakfast & drinks will be available at an additional cost
