Good day to all our Campers & Clubbers!

We took some time off to search for a new venue to host the 12th edition of our unique concept of taking Cape Town’s most consistent club & event DJs camping for a weekend while you camp and party under the stars with us!

Clubbers Campout has established itself as the only 3 door outdoor festival catering for our Cities Clubbing Community & DJs offering a mix of anything from R&B, Hip Hop, Deep House, EDM, Amapiano and more.

Since our first event at Kleinplasie in March 2013, we have successfully hosted 11 campouts at 4 different venues around the Western Cape.

In wanting to provide our campers and clubbers with a more enjoyable experience all around, we needed to find a venue that was closer to the city, had better ablution facilities, onsite logistics, electricity and a place to swim.

These essentials have been secured at the Nekkies Holiday Resort for Clubbers Campout #Campout2025 on 7, 8, 9 February 2025 so get your camping crew together for an epic weekend of Sun, Fun & Good Vibes only!

In collaboration with the Breeder River Municipality, we aim to bring you our best event to date and to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all those attending.

The Venue:

The Nekkies Holiday Resort has been utilized for similar events like The Swallows Biker rally for many years now. It offers 4 ablution facilities onsite, some powered plots for camping and a very well maintained swimming pool.

Situated just 15 minuets after the Huguenot Tunnel, Nekkies has all the essentials we needed to put together and awesome camping and clubbing experience.

We will be constructing an open air night club in the center of all camping for the weekend fully equipped with main stage, a monster sound system, intelligent lighting, bars, sponsor activation areas, VIP decks and the cities best DJs and entertainers.

Electricity points will be added to camping areas of the venue that do not already have points so campers are welcome bring WORKING extension leads, working multi plugs to allow others access to power, LED lights and chargers. (NO FRIDGES)

Ground fires will be strictly prohibited but campers are welcome to bring portable braai stands and skottles. All vehicles will have to be parked in a designated parking area inside the resort to maintain a vehicle free festival area for safety.

We strongly advise all campers to plan to make shade in your campsite to avoid the February sun during the day. 

No glass alcohol products will be allowed on site and all vehicles will be searched upon entry. Please save a few plastic bottles you can use to decant for your spirits and shooters.

-Directions from Cape Town:

-Follow the N1 towards Worcester.

-Drive through the Huguenot Tunnel.

-Turn right onto R101 – Signs says Rawsonville

-Turn Right onto Brand Street.

-Turn Right onto Van Riebeeck St

-Continue straight into the Nekkies Resort.

Entertainment:

Our entertainment line up will always be routed in the Cape Town Night Club scene along with live & headline acts performing on 1 stage.

Various vendors will be onsite for those not wanting to cook.

This will allow us to track exactly how many campers are expected onsite and to cater for them accordingly with regards to security, ablution and medical staff as safety is our highest priority.

One Weekend Pass is valid from 9am on Friday 7th February 2025 till 3pm on Sunday 9 February 2025 (Includes general camping)

Phase 1: R320 for a Super Supporter All Weekend Pass -- Sold Out

Phase 2: R450 Early Bird Weekend Pass

Phase 3: R700 Weekend Pass

Gate Prices: Friday 7 Feb 2025 – R1000

Saturday Entry: We will not be making any tickets available at the gate on Saturday the 8th February AT ALL!

Should you have friends wanting to join your campsite or are only able to make it on that day, a camper already on the premises will be able to buy tickets at our onsite office till 8pm for R600.

That armband can then be taken to the gate and issued to waiting friends. This is again for safety of all campers.

GlampZone Bookings:

1 x GlampZone Booking is valid for the event duration as accommodation.

It does not include your All Weekend Pass.

Gates open from 9am Friday, 7 February 2025 and music stops at 4pm on Sunday 9 February 2025.

The Glamp Zone will be enclosed with shade cloth and will only have 1 access point with 24 Hour Security. VIP Showers & Toilets and Ladies Vanity Area will be exclusively for GlampZone Campers, with a janitor service that will maintain the area.

(Please bring your own power lead of at least 5m & a multi-plug along. It will be checked for faults before being plugged into our grid)

All GlampZone ticket holders will receive an email from us with final instructions and rules.

Don’t forget your TENT and sleeping bag for those not Glamping.

Gazebos & Umbrellas for shade is essential.

Welcome to bring your own Spirits, Wines & Shooters (NO GLASS, BEERS OR CIDERS AT ALL) (Cash bar facilities will be available)

Food vendors will be on site.

3 x Shower and toilet facilities will be available 24hours.

Ice and wood will be available to purchase.
