Take your Secret Sunrise journey inward with Feel It. Feel It is a curated musical journey that invites and creates the space to just be. Be in movement. Be in stillness. Be in breathe. Be in presence. Be wherever you need to be. Through the beauty of nature, emotive music and your full array of senses, Feel It is an opportunity to experience a deep pause and space to be you, wherever you are right now, and feel whatever you need to feel, in every sense of the physical, mental and emotional body.

Join us for the 3rd Part in this 4-part series on the 3rd Saturday of July, and August. Each session will revolve around one of the Cardinal Points – North, East, South, and West. It's a chance to connect with yourself and the world around you, finding solace and inspiration in each themed exploration.

The Southern energy brings creation to this world. It is full of illumination and the energy of the heart. The element that represents it is fire like the sun burning high in the sky. It is full of drive and power to produce the spark of life.

The event can accommodate all participants within the tent and therefore the event will go ahead no matter what the weather conditions.
