In this, James’s first appearance at the Olympia Café, acclaimed guitarist James Grace presents an evening of music from his extensive discography, featuring a selection of works from his recent SAMA winning album, Andaluza – Music of Spain III.

Widely regarded as one of South Africa’s most prolific and versatile musicians, James Grace maintains a schedule that often takes him throughout Southern Africa, Europe and the UAE. Appearing at every major National Arts Festival in both solo performances and in collaboration with a variety of artists, James has attracted a diverse and popular following through his innovative presentation and programming, featuring a broad and eclectic musical flavour.

James is currently based in Cape Town, where in addition to his performing and recording activities, he lectures and directs the guitar programme at the University of Cape Town’s College of Music.
