Healing Conscious Yoga presents: Yoga and Picnic in the garden

Join us on the mat for a grounding yet relaxing yoga, and sound bath session followed by a picnic the garden. We attuning to the spring energy and releasing what does not serve us.

The Event itinerary is as follows:

• Gentle Vinyasa yoga session
• Sound bath
• Picnic in the garden
• Goodie bag (affirmation cards, bath salts and organic tea)

The yoga session: the theme for the yoga session is “release, surrender and rise”, with asana/yoga positions to open the heart chakra. The class is gentle and restorative and beginner friendly.
