Playcation Station will be hosting our third Holiday Club!
For who: Children aged 6-12
When: Tuesday 18 June – Friday 21 June 2024
Time: 09:00-13:00
Cost: R220 per day
Special: R800 4-day package deal
Food: Daily lunch, juice and snacks provided
Staff: Qualified and experienced SACE compliant educators with B.Ed, police clearance and First Aid qualification.
What does the holiday club entail?
· 08:45-09:10 – registration and hot chocolate with marshmallows (bring your own mug)
· 09:10-10:10 – ice-breakers and games
· 10:10-10:30 – 20 minute free time (X-box, jumping castle, chill-zone)
· 10:30-11:00 – snacks could range daily from (pancakes and toppings, toasted cheese or boerie roll)
· 11:00-12:00 – craft activities: playdough making, origami, arts, eco-friendly board games
· 12:00-12:30 – relay races and outdoor games (soccer / netball) – if raining - indoor activities
· 12:30-13:00 – Free time and pack up (juice provided, bring your own lunch)
Please pack daily:
- Mug for hot chocolate, water bottle, dry clothes, additional snacks, jersey, costume and towel [if they wish to swim on warm days].
It is important to note:
1. A “chill-zone” will be made available should your child not wish to participate in the activity that is taking place at the time. The chill-zone will have an arrangement of bean bag seating and an assortment of games provided.
2. After purchasing your ticket, you will be added into a WhatsApp group where we are able to share more information and photos of the day. This will be an Admin only group. You are welcome to send questions to the admins privately.
3. “Snack packs” consist of items such as a muffin, popcorn, smoothies, juice box, biscuits, toasted sandwiches, hot dogs and fruit. Items will vary on the day and will be given between 10:30-11:00. Water will be available throughout the day.
4. Children will be allocated swim-time daily and will be monitored at all times. These times will be from 10:00-10:30 and 12:00-12:45.
5. Parents who wish to stay for the duration of the event are welcome to.
6. Children are to be dropped off between 08:45-09:00.
7. Parking is secure, behind an enclosed gate, and facilities are monitored with cameras at all times, ensuring the safety of your child.
8. Toys and games from home will be allowed should your child wish to play at the Chill-Zone” however, Playcation Station and Cape Town Cricket Club will not take responsibility for any lost or stolen items.
9. By purchasing this ticket, you hereby confirm that photos captured of your child’s fun experience will be used for marketing purposes (such as advertising on our Instagram page for future events.) Please inform us should you wish this to not be the case on the email provided below.
