Thembinkosi ‘Vimbs Mavimbs’ Mavimbela is thrilled to announce this tour in preparation for his upcoming album

He studied a Bachelor of Music Degree (BMus) at the University of the Witwatersrand majoring in Performance and Composition. He has been active in themusic career since 2009 as a professional touring musician and has worked with orchestras such as Miagi Youth Orchestra since 2007, Cape Philharmonic Ochestra, Johannesburg Philharmonic Orchestra (JPO) and many other more. He has also been highly involved with jazz combos such as the Ekaya Big Band with Abdullah Ibrahim, Themba Mkhize, Marcus Wyatt, late Zim Ngqawana, Sibongile Khumalo, Hugh Masikela, Simphiwe Dana and many more. He has collaborated with prolific artists on their albums
