Elsabe Marais, ’n weduwee in haar 80’s, en haar drie bejaarde vriendinne, onderneem ’n skreeusnaakse reis deur die Karoo om ’n meteorietstorting in Sutherland te beleef. Hulle het net drie dae om daar uit te kom, maar as hulle daardie paal wil haal, sal hulle haar oorbeskermende seun, wat warm op hulle spoor is, moet ontduik.
Elsabe Marais, a widow in her 80s, and her three elderly friends embark on a hilarious road trip across the Karoo to experience a meteor shower in Sutherland. They have three days to get there, but to reach their goal in time, they will have to elude and outsmart her overprotective son, who is hot on their tail.
