1.2. By registering for the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Registration
2.1. Registration for the Event must be completed through the official registration process.
2.2. All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.
2.3. Registration is non-transferable.
3. Payment
3.1. Payment for the Event must be made in full at the time of registration.
3.2. All payments are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by the organizers.
4. Cancellation and Changes
4.1. The Event organizers reserve the right to cancel or change the date, time, or location of the Event at their discretion.
4.2. In the event of a cancellation, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1. Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at all times during the Event.
5.2. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Event without a refund.
6. Liability
6.1. The Event organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the Event.
6.2. Participants attend the Event at their own risk.
7. Photography and Recording
7.1. The Event organizers may take photographs and record video/audio during the Event for promotional purposes.
7.2. By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed or recorded and grant the Event organizers the right to use such media without compensation.
8. Data Protection
8.1. Personal information collected during registration will be used in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
8.2. The Event organizers will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All materials provided during the Event are the intellectual property of the Event organizers and/or presenters.
