ABOUT
Welcome to the winter!
To celebrate this glorious hibernating season we are changing up our usual barefoot leather shoe workshop for a sheepskin slipper workshop.
This workshop will teach you some of the fundamental skills in working with sheep skin as well as a diverse use of tools used in leather work. From this workshop you will gain the insights needed to start your own shoe projects and know the ins and outs of stitching, working with patterns, and securely attaching soles to shoes, yet another translatable skill if you would like to re-sole any once beloved shoes.
Join Summer, a passionate and knowledgeable leather crafter and facilitator on a journey that has left many immensely satisfied with their newfound self-reliance.
No previous leather working or shoe-making experience is needed, beginners are welcomed and encouraged.
