What time do the doors open?   Doors open 45 minutes before the starting time of the show
Can I bring my own food and drinks?  Unfortunately, not. To support our fundraising efforts, we sell drinks and Halaal snacks, such as hotdogs, samoosas and packets of chips.
What payment options will you have available? This is a cash-free event – payment options are SnapScan or debit/credit cards.
Is there safe and secure parking?  There is parking right outside the venue, but we urge you not to leave belongings in view of passers-by, and also to ensure that your doors are locked.  Zip Zap is not liable for any theft or damage to vehicles.
Is there a charge for children under 4 years of age?  No. Children under 4 attend the show at no charge.

1. Terms & Conditions
1.1 The Terms of Use for Quicket are applicable for all orders and use of their website.
 
2. Refunds policy: 
2.1 No refunds shall be permitted should Zip Zap postpone the show for any reason whatsoever. Every ticket holder will be contacted directly and given the opportunity to make a “donation”, or “defer to next show”.  Once the ticket holder receives the document, the onus is on them to complete it within 5 days of receipt. Failure to do so will result in the ticket holder(s) purchase(s) being considered a donation to Zip Zap. 
2.2 No refunds or deferrals will be permitted should the ticket holder not attend the show.
 
3. Privacy Policy: 
3.1 Zip Zap will take reasonable measures to protect all data provided by ticket holders.
3.2 Zip Zap will ensure that this data is not used for any other purpose, or shared with or sold to any Third Party, unless written consent is provided by the ticket holder, as provided in these terms and conditions.
3.3 We are entitled to use or disclose any personal information if such use or disclosure is required to comply with any applicable law, subpoena, order of court or legal process served on us, or to protect and defend our rights or property. In the event of a fraudulent online payment, Zip Zap is entitled to disclose relevant personal information for criminal investigation purposes, or in line with any other legal obligation for disclosure of the personal information which may be required of it.


4. By entering the premises:
4.1 Ticket holders agree that they may be filmed/photographed as part of promotional content for Kaleidoscope and Zip Zap Circus.
4.2 Ticket holders are aware that the Kaleidoscope show uses strobe lights which could affect sensitive audience members.
4.3 Ticket holders are aware that there is loud music.  Parents should bring earmuffs for small children.

5. Professional camera equipment/selfie sticks will not be permitted on the premises.

6. Lineups, opening/closing times may change on the day.

7. The promoter and/or venue will not be held responsible for adverse weather conditions.

8. Ticket holders are responsible for their personal property at all times and should not leave their belongings unattended.

9. For invited guests – a guest list be available until venue capacity is reached.

10. Zip Zap reserves Right of Admission at the venue.
