ABOUT
On the evening of September 12th, 2024, Hermanus's fine-dining restaurant, The Station, will be for the exclusive use of BNIC#1 delegates and partners.
Chef Simon Watt-Pringle was previously Sous Chef at Africa's top restaurant La Colombe (rated #49 in the World). In August 2022, he branched out on his own, moved to Hermanus and acquired a quaint cafe' in a perfect downtown location.
Chef Simon's creation, The Station, is intimate and seats a maximum of 35 guests. From 7pm after the BNC#1, BizNews tribe members will have a fine dining experience that rivals anything they have experienced elsewhere in the country.

Caesar salad

Melanzane parmigiana al a Station
Smokey crumbed aubergine, blistered cherry tomatoes, red onions, crispy herbs, pickled chilli, fior de latte.
Creme brulee, saffron pear tart
Almond sable biscuit, Saffron white wine poached pear, creme patisserie, bruleed, toasted almonds
