Helderberg Harries will be hosting a 4 x 4 x 4 Relay race on 31 August 2024.
4 runners in a team, running 4km loops for 4 Hours.
It is open to any person or club to join.

If you have any old running clothes, shoes or equipment and you don’t know how to get rid of it. Look no further, every week at time trial and at the 4 x 4 x 4 relay, feel free to drop it at the clubhouse. We will ensure it gets a new loving (running) home.
