ABOUT
The advanced Enterprise Agile Coach Bootcamp combines our ICAgile Certified Enterprise Agility Masterclass (ICP-ENT) and Coaching Agile Transitions (ICP-CAT) courses into a 5-day intensive training experience.
During this highly interactive and advanced training, we will explore organisational development, leadership coaching, large-scale facilitation, structural and process design, organisational change process, human change process and organisational design. By attending this bootcamp you will come away with the advanced skills needed to coach at the enterprise level within an organisational change context and co-create meaningful, long-lasting enterprise-wide change.

Certifications
This bootcamp is accredited by the International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile). On successful completion of the course and practical assessment, attendees are eligible to receive two ICAgile certifications – Enterprise Agile Coaching (ICP-ENT) and Coaching Agile Transformations (ICP-CAT), a key step in developing your enterprise agile coaching mastery before embarking on the Enterprise Agile Coach Expert Program (ICE-EC).

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before registering for classes, workshops, training programs and events (“Services”, “Service”) hosted by Centre for Agile Coaching. Your use of the Services provided by Centre for Agile Coaching is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
Centre for Agile Coaching reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated Terms will apply from the date of publication on our website. Any variations for specific events will be specified in the web material relating to the specific event.

Bookings and Payment
- Acceptance of bookings is subject to availability, suitability for the program and any other conditions that Centre for Agile Coaching may stipulate for any specific event.
- Payment for all Services are required in advance, unless an alternative arrangement has been made with and approved by Centre for Agile Coaching.
- Bookings may only be deemed as confirmed once payment has cleared in our bank account.
- Bookings for which payment is not received by the due date may be subject to cancellation by Centre for Agile Coaching.
- Centre for Agile Coaching is registered for Value Added Tax (VAT) with the South African Revenue Services. VAT will be added at the standard rate in force at the time of invoicing, on all local invoices, i.e. Services rendered to SA-based customers and institutions.
- Centre for Agile Coaching may apply a discount policy to Services from time to time. These will be described on our website for each event.
- The Early Bird Discount, where applicable, allows a customer to pay a reduced fee for a Service and is subject to payment for the Service reflecting in our account at least one month prior to the Service date.
- Volume Discounts may be applied to certain Services, where group / bulk bookings are made. The minimum group size required to invoke a Volume Discount may vary per Service.
- Centre for Agile Coaching applies regional pricing as detailed on our website. The currency and pricing of the Service is based on the country in which the registered attendee resides.
- Local pricing (ZAR currency) is applied to all attendees residing in South Africa (our local customer base), Africa or a Developing Country. Qualifying countries are defined as “low income” and “lower-middle income” on the World Bank’s World Development Indicator (WDI) Index. The current index can be viewed on our website.
- We understand that schedules change. You may transfer your registration to a colleague or friend, free of charge.
- As some of our classes involve pre-work, we only allow substitutions up to 3 working days before the start date of the class.
- No substitutions will be processed within 3 working days prior to the start date of a class.
- Substitutions are subject to approval due to the knowledge pre-requisites of some of our classes.
- Cancellations for a full refund less any transaction fees, or requests to transfer your attendance to a different class, will only be accepted up until 7 calendar days before the class start date.
- For transfers to another class, your paid tuition will be available for one year to be used as a credit towards another class.
- If a cancellation request is made less than 7 calendar days before the class start date, no refunds will be issued.
- Transfers to another class are not allowed less than 7 calendar days before the class start date.
- No refunds will be issued for non-attendance, unless in the case of illness or unforeseen circumstances, where there will be a charge for direct costs incurred. These costs include, but are not limited to, venue, course material, courier and transaction fees.
- Our classes are designed in a highly interactive manner where you often learn as much from the other attendees in the class as you do from the course leaders. For this reason we require a minimum number of people in our classes. If enrollment falls below this number, Centre of Agile Coaching reserves the right to cancel or postpone a class to a later date.
- Should Centre for Agile Coaching cancel a class, a full refund or a full credit will be given to registered attendees to attend a future class.
- Should Centre for Agile Coaching change the dates of a class, registered attendees will be provided with the opportunity to attend the new dates, or apply your registration fee to another class (held within a year), or request a refund.
- Centre for Agile Coaching is not liable for any travel costs and therefore recommend that attendees contact us to confirm the status of an in-person class prior to making any travel or accommodation arrangements.

- Most of our courses have prerequisites which will be listed on the relevant course page on our website. Please familiarise yourself with them to ensure you are suitably qualified to attend a class. If you are unsure whether you meet the requirements, please contact us on ‘[email protected]‘.
- Refunds will not be made if you cannot complete the course, or if the course leader feels you cannot stay on due to not achieving the required prerequisites.
- An orientation pack will be sent to all registered attendees approximately 1-2 weeks prior to the class date. This will include pre-work you may need to complete before the class start date.
- If you registered to attend a virtual class, please ensure you have access to the following:-
- - A computer with an up-to-date web browser, camera and sound (headset with microphone recommended)
- - A stable internet connection (at least 10 Mbps download / upload)
- We schedule a mandatory ‘Orientation Call’ in the week prior to a virtual class to guide you in successfully accessing and navigating the various platforms we use during training. Access to a class may be prohibited if you fail to attend this session.
- Centre for Agile Coaching respects the privacy of your personal information and are governed by the Personal Protection of Information Act (POPIA) that has been legislated in South Africa.
- Personal information of all customers are kept strictly private and will only be shared with the course leaders and specific certification bodies as it relates to the event you registered to attend.
