Our social series is dedicated to celebrating sustainability and the rich heritage of indigenous African ingredients through innovative culinary experiences. Each event in the series focuses on a specific ingredient, our first series focused on Maize, showcasing its versatility and cultural significance.


Hosted by artistic and accomplished chefs, these gatherings aim to educate and spark meaningful conversations about the importance of using locally sourced, traditional ingredients. Through a carefully curated multi-course menu, we tell the story of each ingredient, blending traditional and contemporary techniques to create memorable dishes.

Our goal is to foster a deeper appreciation for African cuisine, promote sustainable practices, and bring people together over shared meals and stories.


In celebration of Women's Month, this second episode will shine a spotlight on Impepho, with a special Canape menu curated by our chefs. The menu will feature three starters, four mains, and three desserts, with each course highlighting our star ingredient.
