ABOUT

Human rights lawyer and renowned conflict mediator Roger Chennells shares exceptional stories from his career and life. There are supernatural experiences, courtroom dramas and interactions with colourful characters who occupy unusual positions in society. Among other things, Roger documents his work around the rights of minority groups such as the San, the Pitjantjatjara of Australia and Jamaica’s Rastafarian community. Erns Grundling talks to Roger about the shameless teaspoon thief, the soft-spoken gangster with the bejewelled teeth and the San leader who peddled cigarettes.
