Africa, Law & [Emerging] Technologies Policy Hackathon 2024

ABOUT

Africa, Law & [Emerging] Technology Policy Hackathon is a new hackathon convened by Data Science Law Lab (a research group at the University of Pretoria). In 2024, Data Science Law Lab is collaborating with the Data Science for Social Impact research group to host the policy hackathon. The hackathon allows participants to work in teams to develop creative policy solutions to problems posed by diverse partners from academia, governement and industry. 

The Demo Day/Grand Finale for the hackathon will be held on 31 July 2024. Participants' submissions will be judged and winners announced!
