Tarrin van Niekerk brings her expertise as an elite athlete and coach to the table. We tap into her years of training and racing experience and how she's developed her fuelling strategies as well as guidelines for the the athletes she works with. Em Robertson brings the science to the table and we'll be presenting based on current research and fuelling protocols in the trail running space for women.
