ABOUT

Marianne Thamm has worked as a journalist in South Africa for over 40 years. She

has also published widely both locally and abroad. She is currently an Associate

Editor/writer/journalist with the leading online publication,The Daily Maverick. She

is also a regular columnist for Davily Maverick’s printed publication.

Together with journalists from the DM, amaBhungane and News24, Marianne was

part of the team that worked on the Guptaleaks. Marianne has now discovered performance journalism in the interests of sanity.

Marianne is a non executive board member of the Suid Oosterfees, a mother, a dog

lover and a constant gardener….
