About Van Der Aven: Van Der Aven is an Afrikaans alternative rock band from Cape Town, South Africa. Since their formation in late 2016, Paul Avenant, Theunis van der Merwe, and Roelof van der Merwe have been creating music that tells captivating stories. Hailing from the Great Karoo (Beaufort West and Murraysburg), their sound is deeply influenced by their roots. Their performances feature rich three-part harmonies and a diverse array of instruments, including guitar, ukulele, bass, harmonica, and drums, delivering upbeat music that resonates with heartfelt narratives.

Alongside our diverse beer selection, we offer a variety of cocktails and wines to quench your thirst. Indulge in our renowned smoked food, slow-cooked on-site, with a great selection of meals available.

 Seating is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.

After 20:00, tables will be removed to accommodate the concert experience.

Parking and Security:

Woodstock Brewery is located at 252 Albert Road. We offer ample parking both on-site and off-street. To ensure safety, please avoid leaving valuables in your car. On-site security is available, and for those using street parking, ensure valuables are out of sight. We advocate responsible drinking, so consider taking a cab or sharing a ride. All Uber pickups should occur inside our parking lot or directly in front of the building, where our security staff can assist.

Dispensary: Arrive early to support our partner, Merry-Jane, located downstairs.
