YOUR GOAL: Do as many classes as you can each week. Each day is designed to enhance and balance the day before and prepare you for the day to follow. It’s a full body cross training workout, EVERYTHING your body needs is covered in one week, no two days are the same, and each works best if you stick to the schedule. If you need a break, you must absolutely take it, but try limit breaks to one day a week. This program is about consistency, dedication, and discipline.

T’s & C’s: Whoever trains the most wins, UNLESS there is a tie, then a 2nd fitness test will decide who wins, based ONLY on improvement from the fitness test taken in week one. (Yes, you have to do a fitness test)
