Looking for a Meal With Meaning? Come and join the NOSH team for a gastronomic experience with a difference at EJaradini, the home of the Culinary Passions School of Hospitality.
You'll be treated to a spectacular three-course (last time it was 7!) meal expertly prepared and presented by the school's lecturers supervising past and present World Skills Competition candidates, utilising salvaged and rescued foodstuffs that would otherwise have gone to waste. You will see that that even unloved produce, in the hands of inspired, skilled and talented culinary professionals, can absolutely shine and delight!
There will be some wine with each course, served by the sommelier candidates, and there will be an additional cash bar.
We need you! Events such as this are invaluable opportunities for the candidates to hone and showcase their skills, as they will be up against super stiff competition during the finals in France in September! Your support also helps NOSH do more of what we do - rescue more produce and feed more people - while you get to be entertained and learn how and why we NOSH… and hopefully gain inspiration on how you can perhaps get involved going forward!
