Join us for the inaugural event of the SA Blues Sundays Series, presented by Daisy Jones and the South African Blues Society.
We are thrilled to kick off this series with the Hugo Veldsman Band headlining, featuring a special Buddy Guy Tribute as part of their set, in honor of Buddy's upcoming 88th birthday on 30 July.
Hugo Veldsman and his band have mesmerized audiences of all sizes with their heartfelt songs of hope, alongside their lively Mississippi bayou-inspired blues. Their music ranges from soulful ballads to energetic stomping blues that evoke the spirit of the deep South.
Every SA Blues Sunday will also feature a performance by a SABS Project band, ensuring that the music keeps rocking throughout the day.
Join us on Sunday, 28 July, at Daisy Jones, located at the beautiful Summerhill wine farm on the outskirts of Stellenbosch.
Doors open at 1pm, and delicious food and drinks will be available throughout the event.
