Regency Era - Re-visited (think Bridgerton)


We are inspired by the food featured in the hit series Bridgerton. Food in the Regency era in the UK, roughly spanning from 1811 to 1820, was characterised by elaborate meals and a focus on presentation, especially among the wealthy. The series "Bridgerton" showcases the opulent lifestyle and cuisine of the upper class during this period. SHS Chef students are designing a menu which brings the flavours of the period into the twenty first century and will, no doubt, grace the pages of Lady Whstledown's scandal sheet.

Our Culinary students, under the expert guidance of our chef team, will present a delicious classic 'Georgian and Regency inspired' fine dining experience
