9km round trip. 4.5km to the cave and 4.5km back the next day

Please note that moderate fitness is required for this hike.

What is included:

Dinner - Bed and Breakfast!!!!

Overnight backpack, all sleeping gear, 2 cooked meals, coffee/tea,sparkling wine, all entry fees and permits. Professional guide.

What to bring::

for the hike: snacks, water or cold drinks, a cap, a backpack. Hiking boots with good grip (NO FLAT SHOES ALLOWED!). a hiking stick is highly recommended for this hike. please bring one OR purchase one from us for only R200 (please order in advance - Eft or cash).

Eco-Friendly Reminder: We strongly encourage all hikers to use only green/eco-friendly wet wipes and toilet paper during the trip. Sadly, the Berg is starting to look like a dumpsite, and we want to tackle this problem together. Let’s do our part to preserve the beauty of nature!

Please note that we will provide 2x meals (dinner and breakfast:meat OR vegan dish for dinner and oats with fruits for breakfast). Coffee&tea and sparkling wine also included.

We will also provide you with your overnight backpack, sleeping gear (sleeping bag, mat and ground sheet) which you will have to carry yourself.

Grade 1 Easy. Minimal fitness required

Grade 2 Not too strenuous. Moderate fitness

Grade 3 Moderate. Physical fitness advisable
