ABOUT
We Move Up is Friends and Allies Women's Day event.
Hosted bi-annually and aimed at uplifting the women in the climbing community.
This is the second event of the year.
Join your Friends and Allies on the 17th of August for our second Womens Day Event!
The event will be hosted at Friends and Allies climbing gym in Strydom Park.
The day will include several activities to enjoy and bond over.
We will start with a painting workshop, followed by refreshments.
Thereafter we will be led through a contact improvisation workshop, courtesy of Agnes Varkonyi.
After a quick lunch our final activity for the day will begin - a guest speaker covering topics of Movement, Mindset and Menstruation.
