Somatic Wellness refers to the overall health and well-being of the body, encompassing physical health, movement and sensory experiences. It emphasizes the connection between the mind and body, recognizing that physical health impacts mental and emotional well-being and vice versa. Practices that promote somatic wellness include exercises, proper nutrition, mindfulness and activities that enhance bodily awareness and relaxation. Achieving somatic wellness involves nurturing a balanced lifestyle that supports both physical and mental health.

You are invited to a Somatic Wellness experience where Liesl Medeira, your wellness coach, motivates and teaches you to live your best life in your purpose. Learn to thrive within your business, your career and personal life.

During this session, our facilitator, Liesl Medeira, will guide us through an enriching experience that combines:


Light exercises: activating the body’s natural energy, warming up muscle fibers and linking the mind and body.

Breath work: use the power of conscious breathing to relieve tension, focus awareness and tap into the body’s natural healing potential.

Meditation: allow your mind to relax and centre itself in the present moment. Find inner peace and clarity.

Mobility: gain awareness in your ability to move freely and easily. Release tension in your joints and muscles by gently freeing up natural movement.

Somatic Movement: connecting mindfulness and movement, teaching the mind to listen to the body and vice versa. The integration of physical, emotional and psychological aspects of movement and body awareness.

These practices are often used to enhance movement efficiency, improve posture and flexibility and reduce stress. It helps to promote overall well-being by fostering a deeper connection between your body and mind. 


The morning will start with warm welcome drinks. Mid morning healthy snacks and beverages will be served during the break.

Liesl has more than 20 years of self growth and experience using her degrees in Psychology and Biokinetics in the Far East, Middle East and South Africa. Come and use the morning in a safe space to unknot the past and learn how to climb into the future from a more balanced perspective.
