Join The Charming Chef this Women's Day at Makers Landing for a chocolate class inspired by Palestinian flavours.
We are hosting this class to honour all of the women in Palestine, especially Gaza, who day-in and day-out display strength and love in the form of cooking and baking for their loved ones and communities, despite the extremely harsh conditions they are living through.
What you will learn:
- Chocolate terminology
- To temper chocolate like a pro so that you have that perfect snap and shine every time
- Palestinian-flavoured inspired fillings and how to make perfect fillings for any kind of chocolate.
100% of profits from this class will be going to the Lifeblood Foundation, a Palestinian led grassroots organisation providing humanitarian aid to Gazan families.
