On-line Church Administration Seminar (Modules)

This event has been tailored specifically for church leaders who have a desire to bring health and excellence to their organisation. A series of on-line subjects/modules has specifically being designed and selected to assist both pastors and administrators to effectively administer their church from a management science perceptive. The aim of the on-line seminar is to help & equip church administrator to also effectively manage the church from a biblical perspective. The module approach to the on-line seminar will cover the following subjects: Gift of Administration, Healthy Church Governance & Structure, Human Resource Management, Church Finances, How to build an effective volunteer ministry, Communication Management , Health & Safety & Legal & Compliance.
