Join us for a cosy Sunday rooftop workout and continental brunch overlooking Table mountain, Waterfront and Lion’s Head. Jos will take a fun workout to your best female tracks with Jamie taking a warrior shadow boxing class. We will end off with a light intention work and delicious brunch and coffee.

Ticket includes unlimited coffee, continental buffet brunch, workout under the morning sun and a beautiful day celebrating women. This women’s month.
