Join us this Women’s Day weekend for a silent disco fitness and fun event! With our 3 channel Silent disco technology, you can choose from 3 styles of fitness and fun at the same time. Simply change the LED colour on your headset to join the session you want.
On the Blue Channel, dance with Jos and experience a journey of disco, fitness, and connection.
On the Pink Channel, celebrate the incredible women who are bringing up the future generation. Natalie from Fitmuz will be there for all the Pregnant Women during and after your miracle year.
On the Red Channel, our Silent Mania Kids club will make fitness fun for kids while their mothers enjoy their day.
Join Silent Mania's community of amazing women, uplift each other, and connect through fitness. Experience the best sounds with our state-of-the-art LED headphones and make this Women’s Day a celebration of self like no other. Bring you yoga mats if you have otherwise we do supply . See you there!
