Wow guys! You really showed up for Clicks Beauty Playground 2024. Tickets dropped and vanished in literally minutes. For all our fans who missed out, we are super sorry. We were blown away by the demand. Our venue can only hold so much fabulousness, which is why we had to cap the tickets. Due to the incredible response from the first and second rounds, we’re officially sold out and won’t be releasing any more tickets.

Parking
Gautrain: Corner Rivonia and West Street
Uber drop off/collection point in front of the Sandton Convention Centre in Maude Street.
Undercover parking is available in the Sandton Convention Centre basement (access via Alice Lane), Nelson Mandela Square and Sandton City. All parking is payable on exit.
Food for sale
There will be food trucks with artisanal food and beverages on sale.
Rules of entry
No access unless you have a valid quicket ticket.
No under 13s allowed.
Venue has wheelchair access.
No tickets will be sold at the door.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Goodie Bags:
By attending Clicks Beauty Playground, I hereby:
- Understand that one goodie bag will be provided per ticketholder and that the contents of each bag will include assorted beauty products to the value of R3 000.
- Acknowledge that the Organiser will make every attempt to ensure that ticketholders receive the same value of products in each goodie bag.
- Understand that contents may vary depending on product availability from suppliers.
- Understand that the goodie bag is not transferable and that I will forfeit my goodie bag if I do not attend the event.
- Understand that products in the goodie bag are not for resale.
- Understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that the products provided by Exhibitors are used correctly according to the instructions and that by providing the products we do not guarantee their suitability for a particular user. Users are encouraged to conduct sensitivity testing before using any product provided by Exhibitors.
- Every effort will be made to ensure that all ticketholders receive a goodie bag, but the organiser cannot be held responsible if for any reason an attendee does not receive a goodie bag.
- Goodie bags not collected on the day, during the designated times and at the designated site will not be eligible to collect post the conclusion of the event.
- Storage of goodie bags will not be permitted and once redeemed the ticketholder understands that they will be responsible for the safekeeping of the goodie bag.
- Accept that the Organiser’s decision is final and no discussion will be entered into.
By attending Clicks Beauty Playground, I hereby:
- Understand that one sampling bag will be provided per ticketholder.
- Understand that sampling is at the discretion of the Exhibitor and that the Organiser cannot be held accountable if an Exhibitor decides NOT to provide samples during the event, or provides a limited number of samples.
- Acknowledge that the Organiser cannot be held accountable if an Exhibitor runs out of samples during the event.
- Understand that I may be required to complete a task or provide my personal information in order to qualify to receive a sample and that participation is entirely at my own discretion.
- Understand that the sampling bag is not transferable and that I will forfeit my sampling bag if I do not attend the event.
- Understand that products in the sampling bag are samples and are not for resale.
- Understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that the products provided by Exhibitors are used correctly according to the instructions and that by providing the products we do not guarantee their suitability for a particular user. Users are encouraged to conduct sensitivity testing before using any product provided by Exhibitors.
- Accept that the Organiser’s decision is final and no discussion will be entered into.
Event Attendance:
By attending Clicks Beauty Playground exclusively at my own risk, I hereby:
- Indemnify and hold New Clicks South Africa (Pty) Ltd (“Clicks”), all their directors, members, partners, employees, agents of or consultants to Clicks, its subsidiaries, divisions and/or associated companies (the “Organiser”), each Event Sponsor (“Sponsors”) harmless against any injuries, illness, losses or damages, however they may occur, that I may suffer as a result of any occurrence arising either directly or indirectly out of my attendance at or participation in the Event or in any activity related to the Event, including use of any products whether as the causing or suffering party, which may be suffered or incurred by me.
- Consent to the free, unlimited, and non-restricted use of images or videos of me in any marketing of the Event, by the Organiser and/or the Exhibitors in relation to the Event, and agree that I shall not be entitled to any remuneration or fee in this regard.
- Agree to adhere to all event rules and conditions.
COMPETITION RULES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The competition runs from 12 August 2024 until 5 PM on 31 August 2024. You must be the legal owner of the cellphone or have the owner’s permission to use the cellphone. You may enter as many times as you like. In case of a competition with more than one prize and multiple draws, entrants may only win once per competition. Staff members of Media 24 and the prize sponsor and their immediate family as well as their advertising agencies may not enter. Winners will be chosen by random draw and will be notified telephonically. If a winner can’t be reached within three calls during business hours, a new winner will be chosen. Winners’ names will be published on (Fairlady.co.za/Truelove.com). Media24 and the prize sponsor take no responsibility for any damage caused by entering or taking part in this competition. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for another prize or for cash. The prize sponsor is responsible for delivery of prizes within a reasonable time (8-12 weeks). You may only win a competition once every six months. It’s the winner’s responsibility to provide a daytime address for delivery or a postal address (residential rather than a PO box address) and to be present to receive the prize and/or timeously collect the prize from a post office (if relevant). Media24 and the sponsor take no responsibility for loss of the prize should the winner not be present to receive it or neglect to collect it from a post office.
By entering this competition, you agree that Media24 and the sponsor may occasionally contact you regarding promotions and other marketing that may be relevant to you, subject to your right to decline such promotions and marketing. In order to be eligible to enter this competition, a participant:
- must be at least 18 years old and residing in the Republic of South Africa; and
- needs to have entered their Clicks ClubCard number when they purchased their Phase 1 and Phase 2 Tickets General Public Clicks Beauty Playground tickets on Quicket.
- The cashback rewards will be available on each winners Clicks ClubCard and redeemable at any Clicks store or online.
- The cashback rewards will be valid for 1 year after it has been allocated to the winners ClubCard profile.
