2024 Auction COMBO Package - Friday & Saturday Auction Ticket

Full access to both the Friday and Saturday Auction sessions.

Friday: 13:30 to 19:30

Saturday: 10:00 to 17:00

This ticket give you access to attend both Friday and Saturday Auction sessions at a combo price of R2 000, instead of purchasing two separate tickets for each event (R1 000 on Friday and R1 500 on Saturday).

All the wines that will be going under the hammer this year will be offered during both the Friday and Saturday sessions.

Should you wish to bid on the Auction, you will need to register with Strauss & Co in advance (please see details below).

Friday Session:

Price includes full entry to the Auction with delicious snacks, and wines from the members of the Cape Winemakers Guild throughout the Auction.

Saturday Session:

Price includes delicious food from top local chefs, and wines from the members of the Cape Winemakers Guild throughout the Auction.

There will also be an informal (self pour) tasting of the 2024 Auction wines in the Vergelegen Room at the Lord Charles Hotel Conference Centre throughout the duration of the Auction on the Friday ad the Saturday (samples are limited and subject to availability).

To bid on the Auction you first need to have a Bidder's Account with Strauss & Co. If you do not have one yet, please create your Bidder's Account by clicking HERE.

Once you have a Bidder's Account set up with Strauss & Co, you must register to bid on the 2024 Nedbank Cape Winemakers Guild Auction at www.straussart.co.za from Wednesday, 21 August 2024. You only need to register once to bid on the Friday and Saturday sessions.

PLEASE NOTE: This ticket is for the Friday and Saturday Auction Sessions only. If you would like to attend the Final Pre-Auction Tasting on the afternoon of Friday, 4 October 2024 from 09:30 to 12:30 in the Grand Ballroom at the Lord Charles Hotel, you will need to purchase a ticket.
