Join us to mark 25 years of South Africa's leading AfroSymphonic music spectacular. We are proud to welcome some of South Africa's most talented artists to the Starlight stage. This milestone concert is directed by Darren Hayward with musical direction by James Bassingthwaighte, and co-hosted by Maestro Richard Cock and showman, Katlego Maboe.

Gates open at 16:00 and the show starts at 18:30.

This celebratory programme features a mix of popular and classical hits performed by:

• Judith Sephuma – The Queen of Afro Jazz
• Matthew Mole – Acclaimed Indie-Folk Artist
• Charl du Plessis – Celebrated Steinway Artist
• Riana Nel – Renowned Afrikaans Singer-Songwriter
• Levy Sekgapane – Internationally Celebrated Operatic Bel Canto Tenor
• Bongani Kubheka – Operatic Baritone and ATKV Prize Winner
• Nombulelo Yende – Distinguished Lyric Soprano
• The Mzansi Youth Choir – Dynamic Show Choir (recently making history on America's Got Talent)
• The Drakensberg Boys Choir – South African Singing Ambassadors

Watch RMB Starlight Classics at the Country Club Johannesburg 2023 on M-Net at 17:00 on Sunday 18 August 2024. The show will also be available on DSTV catch-up from 19 August and Showmax from 19 September 2024.
