ABOUT

Recharge your mind and body with a morning dedicated to REST.


Come join occupational therapist, Aimee Isaacs, for a morning to regulate your nervous system, find calm, enjoy some time for silence, learn about self-compassion and share with like minded women.


Programme:

  • Relaxation exercises to regulate your nervous system and decrease cortisol levels
  • Talk on cultivating self-compassion and positive self-talk
  • 45-minutes of silence (you can bring along a book to read or your own craft activity, no screen time, colouring in available)
  • Includes a non-alcoholic calming drink


This event is all about you taking time for yourself to rest your mind and body through nervous system regulation, physical and creative rest. We'll chat about self-compassion and how we can change our self-talk from negative to positive and the impact that will have on your daily mental health.


Open to women 18 and older.
