About Carletheia:

Carletheia is a rising recording artist making waves in the music industry. Her current single, “I’ll Always Be There,” was written and produced by 5x Grammy Award-winning R&B artist and Maroon 5 keyboardist PJ Morton.

Carletheia, affectionately known as Carle, has earned significant attention, especially after securing an opening slot on PJ Morton’s South African show in January 2024, which was a fundraiser for Tygerberg Hospital. Her growing popularity is also bolstered by her robust TikTok following, where she engages with fans every Tuesday and Thursday at 18:30 PM SAST through live sessions where she sings and takes requests.

Carletheia’s love for music began in her childhood with church performances and was nurtured by a family of classical musicians, instilling in her passion for Jazz, Pop, and Gospel. She earned a Bachelor of Education degree in foundational phase teaching from the University of South Africa in 2022. Recently, she performed at the Sanctuary Mandela, the former residence of South African President Nelson Mandela.

Beyond music, Carletheia is also pursuing an acting career. She appeared as an extra on Netflix’s South African drama series Blood and Water and aspires to secure more substantial roles in the future.
