As we commemorate the remarkable milestone of 65 years, we invite everyone to be part of the celebration. Join us on 12 October 2024 for an evening of reflection, joy and inspiration. It promises to be an unforgettable evening showcasing the diverse talent that has graced our stage over the years. From dance and comedy to dramatic performances, this is a night you won't want to miss!
The Masque, an iconic cornerstone of Cape Town’s cultural landscape, is celebrating over six decades of fostering creativity, inclusivity and community spirit.
We have asked a select group of performers to donate their time and skills for this special occasion, ensuring an unforgettable night of entertainment! This celebration is also a fundraiser to support the ongoing work of The Masque, ensuring it continues to be a beacon of cultural enrichment for years to come. Featured acts include Ruskin Road, Rob Coutts Improv Troupe, Interlace Live, Barres Dance School and more.
After the performance, please join us for complimentary snacks and drinks in the foyer. The performers will also come out to join the celebrations.
Dress Code
We invite all attendees to join in the festive spirit by wearing the event’s colour scheme: black, red, white and gold. Let’s create a visually stunning atmosphere that reflects the glamour and excitement of this milestone celebration.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* You are welcome to take your food and drink into the theatre, but please be sure to return your glass to the bar afterwards.
* Strict admittance policy - no entry after the show start time. Latecomers will be admitted entry at intermission.
* Children are not permitted to sit on laps.
* No flash photography or videography is allowed.
* The Masque Theatre provides secure parking at our designated parking lot, conveniently located just 50 metres past the theatre. Please note that our parking lot closes 30 minutes after the end of the show.
* Outside food and drink are not permitted in the theatre; we kindly invite you to enjoy the refreshments available for purchase inside.
* Tickets purchased are not transferable or refundable.
