Set against the stunning backdrop of Cape Point’s fynbos mountainside, this 2.5-hour event offers a hands-on culinary journey perfect for food enthusiasts, nature lovers, and anyone seeking a unique and vibrant way to celebrate the season.
What to Expect:
Explore: Begin your day with a warm herbal tea as you settle in and browse through our collection of plant and flower books.
Harvest: Embark on a guided walk through our organic gardens to hand-pick a colourful array of seasonal edible flowers.
Create: Back in the Glasshouse, learn the art of crafting plant-based sushi, using your freshly harvested flowers to add vibrant, seasonal flavours to your creations.
Savour: Enjoy your handmade sushi paired with refreshing botanical mocktails, and indulge in a spring-inspired meal surrounded by the beauty of nature.
