Jim and Jane Hawkins are two ordinary schoolchildren with a dream of adventure on the high seas. Life carries on as usual for the two, but one evening there is a knock at their bedroom door and they are confronted by two bloodthirsty pirates who have got their hands on Captain Flint’s treasure map – a map sure to change their lives forever! This map sets off a thrilling adventure, plunging them into a world of danger and excitement as they go on a wild goose chase to try and recover it.
They are accompanied by a squire, a doctor, two pirate captains, and a whole crew of motley pirates. Their journey begins on the Hispaniola where they meet a one-legged cook, Long John Silver, who ends up leading a pirate mutiny – they will do anything to get their hands on the treasure first!
As the adventure continues they encounter eccentric natives on Skeleton Island as well as two marooned pirates, Ben and Bruce Gunn, who have a longing for cheese.
Finding the treasure is easy, but keeping it is a whole other story. Join Jim and Jane on this wild adventure filled with natives, pirates, and hidden treasure!
