Dance with us! With your toes in the sand and the sun rising over the sea. Celebrating spring, new beginnings, all life on earth and the coming summer sun! Dress in your favourite floral, bright and vibrant outfits! Perhaps even a spring flower behind your ear. Come together to celebrate this beautiful life and co-create some extra joy for the first few days of spring!

WHAT TO EXPECT 

Using headphone technology, headsets are handed to you on arrival. Our accredited facilitators guide you through a series of music of all genres. Our public sessions encompass a variety of mindful practices, including meditation, breath work, movement and dance.
