ABOUT
Darling Music for All ( DMA ) and Darling Brewery present the German brass band Brass On, which will perform a colourful mix of brass music.
A Darling Brew Long Table event, hosted at our Tasteroom in Darling. Your ticket includes a welcome drink
and a four course meal. (A glass of G&T or a 300ml beer)
• Home-made seed loaf with farm butter & local olives.
• Atlantic yellowtail carpaccio, tempura broccolini, last of the
season citrus, ponzu dressing.
• 8 hour roasted shoulder of pork, pork scratching, chorizo
and beans, tender stem broccoli roasted onion jus.
• Spring rhubarb & strawberry, almond crumble, vanilla
ice cream.
