FEEL IT is a 1 hour curated & un-facilitated musical journey inspired by Secret Sunrise and the work of Susan Davids, the global thought leader in Emotional Agility as well as the work of Dr Joe Dispenza.

It is designed to lightly hold your focus using music and nature to shift you into your parasympathetic state where we experience deep rest, relaxation, cellular repair and optimised digestion.

In this state, your body expresses the “happy hormones” which include oxytocin (the hug hormone), endorphins and many others. The effect of the experience also slows and significantly reduces the expression of stress hormones which contribute to anxiety, disconnection and fear.

This format of music journey has been created to physiologically change your hormone expression, understood through the science of Epigenetic’s. It's been created to supercharge your health - emotionally, mentally and physically.

Be in movement. Be in stillness. Be in breath. Be in presence. Be wherever you need to be. 

Through the beauty of nature and emotive music, FEEL IT is an opportunity to experience a deep pause and space to truly just BE, wherever you are right now, and feel whatever you are being asked to feel.

It's a time to plant seeds—both literally and metaphorically—and nurture them with hope and intention.
