Dusty Feet will bring you its first Hockey Summer League Day in preparation for a bigger Summer League in 2025.

Registration: 

• Registration will be done online and prior to the start of the league
• Only registered players will be allowed to take part
• Each team will be responsible for their own team name and will be allocated a colour to play in
• The price per team will be R200per team

Teams:

• Single gender teams - no mixed gender teams will be allowed for safety reasons
• All matches will be played as 6-a-side games with adjusted rule
• Teams will be allowed to consist of 7 players (1 extra)
• No Goal keepers or kicking backs will be allowed
• Rolling substitutions will be allowed

Match Rules: (basics)

• 6-a-side teams
• Match times will depend on the amount of teams participating
• No Goal Keepers or kicking backs
•  Matches played on ¼ field
• Goals must be scored below the 45cm (18in) mark of the goals
• Shooting “circle” will be a 10m line from the baseline
• No Penalty Corners – infringements in the 10m goal area will be taken as a long corner, 3m outside of the goal area
• Umpires will be arranged by the organisers, may only require 1 umpire per game
